Snow Day

We finally got a little snow!! We have been waiting for it to snow this year because I thought that Lana might like the snow better than she did last year. Last year she didn't really care to be out in the cold, but now that she is almost 2, she LOVED it! Honestly, I had a hard time getting her back inside. She could have played in the snow all day, and let me add, eat it too.

We had a lot of fun playing in snow! And I am guessing we will be doing it a lot more! Josh, unfortunatly did not get to join us. His first day of classes were canceled today, but he still had to work!

23 Months Old

Cannot believe our little girl will be 2 one month from today. They grow so fast. Lana really isn't as chubby as she looks in this picture, she is doing something weird with her neck, but there is our happy girl!

Our Christmas Trip!

An attempt to get a picture of all the kids and grandkids- at least they are all in there :)I have always wanted to stop at the Arch in St. Louis, we drive by it every year! This year we actually had time, as we took more time on the drive back, but as you can see it was a very foggy and gloomy day in St. Louis so again we did not stop! But I thought these pictures were pretty good anyway! Maybe one day we will make it to the top! Lana and all of her Christmas gifts! She really got a lot of neat things this Christmas and we thank everyone for their generous gifts!

This Is. . .

. . . Lana getting her energy out after 12 hours in the car!!

We drove out to Colorado for Christmas and were able to spend about 2 weeks out there. It was great to be able to spend time with family and friends. On the way out we drove straight through the night, it took about 19 hours. On the way back to Kentucky we decided to stop at a hotel, we drove 12 hours the first day, and only had about 6 the next. Spliting the trip up worked much better!! I will be posting pictures of Christmas soon, but here are a few pictures of Lana having fun at the hotel. After 12 hours straight in the car- she had a ton of energy, silly girl :)
