This is the view out our back window! I just love it! We live in a subdivision on the edge of a small town so we are 5 mintues from a Kroger, McDonalds, Walmart, etc, but also kind of have the feel of being in the Country! I love that there are no neighbors behind us. Just this big open field. With the little bit of fresh snow we got last night it looked so pretty! An old barn, love it!

Snow Angels

I know I have posted enough snow pictures this year, but, we have been getting a lot of snow, so the kids and I haven't been doing much else! :)

Winter Play Dates

One of our favorite things to do in the winter months is to go to "the gym" as Lana calls it, also known as All About Kids. The last two years we have bought the kids passes with their Christmas money, and it has definitely been money worth spent. It is a great way for the kids to get out and play, and burn some energy in the cold winter months. It is even more fun when you can join friends! Yesterday we met Jessica, Clayton, and Baby Leah!Lana likes to lead Nathan around, so sweet!

Snow Day

Yesterday we got a few inches of snow so we stayed at home and had a fun family day!

I had no idea how much a tunnel and a play hut could entertain two kids. These two played in here all day, and they played so nicely together, I love it! And yes it's princess, its ok Nathan doesn't know yet :)Do you love Lana's outfit? She got dressed herself, pink shirt, yellow skirt, and pink tights :) and of course had to play in the snow Nathan doesn't look too amused :)

Casa Bonita

If you are from Colorado, you know what this is, if not, Casa Bonita is a really neat restaurant in Denver. Our family has been going here on Birthdays, Special Occasions, etc, since I can remember. My sisters and I grew up going here, and always loved it. It was fun to be able to take my kids here. We also went with my parents, both sisters, and my sister's kids!

This is the outside of the restaurantand the inside. You can see it has a really neat atmosphere. Palm trees, caves, and a huge water fall with live entertainment, and divers! There are also tons of games, rides, things for the kids to do. The kids in the bat cave This picture didn't turn out real well but you can see one of the divers. He did a bunch of tricks, dived from the highest point, swung from a rope. Then from the pool he gave all the kids high fives, it was quite the show!

Playing in the Snow

While we were in Colorado they got about 6 inches of fresh snow! We were so glad since we LOVE the snow!! Lana had fun playing in it!She thought it was fun to climb up this hill and slide down on her feet
