Trike-a-thon

 Lana had a trike-a-thon at her school.  The kids raised money for Kosair Children's Hospital in Louisville.  It was a great project for the kids, the had a rep from the Children's hospital come and talk to the kids and tell them a little about the hospital and all of the kids that they help there.  Lana has asked several times during our evening prayer time if we can pray for the kids at the hospital.  Then each of the kids were responsible for raising money for Kosairs.   It really taught Lana and helping others and thinking of others.  It was so great!  Lana also really really enjoyed riding her bike at school, and all of the kids on their trikes, scooters, bikes, etc, were so cute!  The rode on their course for a total of about 45 minutes.  I thought Lana might get tired but she did so great.  And Nathan really watching her too.  He would point her out every time she came near us!

Swimming

 A couple weeks ago Ava went swimming for the first time, and I think she loved it!   She had fun splashing and floating all around the pool!

That right there, is my favorite smile.  I think this is the only time I have actually gotten a picture of it! :)

The kids found a lot of eggs, and had ball. There were a ton of kids there! Ava enjoyed her first egg hunt hanging out with Miss Sherwin so I could run around with Nathan!

Lana's Easter Party at school! We were in charge of the treats for this party, and Lana picked out cupcakes with bright purple frosting, so everyone had a purple mouth. Nathan even got to sit down and have a cupcake. Lana also had an Easter Egg hunt at school, but the kids were too fast, and I was too busy trying to keep Nathan from getting eggs, and holding Ava, I didn't get any pictures of it, but Lana of course had a ball!
