 Lana and some friends from her class.  One of the boys gave each of the girls a rose, how sweet!

Most of Lana's class with their teacher.  So thankful for Adventure Club preschool, and Lana's wonderful teacher.  Lana had such a great first year of school.  She learned a ton, made a lot of friends, and had a lot of fun!  SO thankful for this school!

My Sweet Kids

 My sweet kids, I always LOVE the things they make for me.  These are my Mother's Day gifts.  Nathan above, made this for me in Team Kids!

And Lana and her three gifts for me, I am going to have a whole garden! :)  The one on the right, she made in school, the one in the middle she made at Team Kids, and the one on the left she made in GA's (Girl's in Action) she isn't actually in this group it is for 1st through 5th graders.  One night when her "Mission's friends" teacher wasn't there they let her and another 5 year old join in, and even make the craft with them, so sweet!

 How is my baby getting so big?  Ava has officially outgrown her infant car seat.  I just had to take one last picture before we packed it away!

Balloon Glow

 Every year we go to The Great Balloon Glow, part of the Kentucky Derby Festival.  We love this event and the kids LOVE getting to see all of the balloons!  We went with our good friends, the Scott's and the Murphy's, and we had a great time...well until we got outside and my son started screaming out of control, we will get to that in a minute!

 Me and my girls... you might wonder where Nathan is, well. . . he and Josh were as far away from the balloons as they could possibly get while still staying in the fair grounds.  As it turns out, Nathan likes the balloons from a distance and the idea of balloons a lot better than seeing them up close.  It was a little too loud and bright for him.  Odd, since he has been to the Balloon Glow the last two years, and loved it!  This year he screamed until Josh brought him far enough away.  They watched from a distance, and we later met back up with them!  The next day Nathan talked constantly about the balloons, the different colors, and the different ones he saw, even though at the time he didn't seem to be enjoying himself at all. . .

Lana's favorite balloon is the Energizer Bunny.  Not because it is a bunny, but because it is pink, of course!
